This is a sac/discard deck of course, its purpose is to gain control of your opponents perms and use them against the other players. This even works on lands... So of course its going to be Pox based.

Some notable interactions:

Pox like cards: Pox, Death Cloud, Fraying Omnipotence, Smallpox, Torment of Hailfire

Sangromancer: Pretty self explanatory here. Should gain quite a bit of life.

Rankle, Master of Pranks: Discard/sac fit the theme and card draw just adds value.

Mindslicer: Get everyones perms in their hands.

Bone Miser and Waste Not: For the value.

Phyrexian Obliterator: Oof, this card is already badass on its own, to get those perms after damage is dealt is just another level.

Desolation: Thanks for the lands!

Possessed Portal: Oh this does everything. Its so good in this deck.

Dark Deal: Thanks everyone for their perms!

Bottomless Pit, Necrogen Mists, Oppression, Painful Quandary, and Torment of Scarabs: Perms that are about discards.

Geth's Grimoire: To bank off the discard.

Library of Leng: Keep the card you discard.

Smokestack: You could end up will all the perms on the board given how many soot counters are on the artifact.

Netherborn Altar and Command Beacon: Helps get around commander tax. Tegrid's art work should have just been a giant target.
