This deck started out as a home-brew of mine back in 2014.

I wanted a Memnarch/Artifact Commander deck, as the card's stealing ability struck me as worth building a deck around. As I favor Artifacts anyway, it was quite enjoyable assembling, testing, and reassembling the deck under Memnarch's command. It won its share of multiplayer games in my play group. As to be expected, the more I played it, the more my friendly opponents added answers for it to their own decks.

The casting cost of Memnarch meant it was usually late to the battlefield, and with all opponents now waiting for it, it was often chased from the battlefield upon casting, and when recast, often chased away again.

I judged it was well past time to change the Commander, and I selected Arcum Dagson in late 2018. The deck itself had to be modified to better fit the new Commander, so what you see here are the results so far. This deck can go nuts in a big way, and is still surprising me with the synergies that occur during games.

A recent victory was in a 5 player game, where this deck survived an attack by Emrakul, the Promised End. I had a superior board state to that point and wasn't too worried, but I forgot that my latest add to the deck, Sai, Master Thopterist was on my battlefield. When the Emrakul player took over my turn, I had enough Mana available for her to sacrifice nearly all of my board state: 16 of my best Artifacts. Even so, I pulled out a win 3 turns later due to the 8 cards I drew from the Sai sacrifices.

Lots of Mana generation, an infinite combo or two, and this deck can make for a very fun night (for me, anyway!) This is also one of my more popularly requested "loaner" decks at my local game store. I've gotten a lot of valuable feedback from other "pilots", much of which went into the deck.

"The more boats on the lake, the more disturbed the waters." -- proverb cited in the texts of both Meditative Mastery, and The Principles of War.

EdIT: This was dethroned as the highest competitive rated deck, as my deck 04a Nature of the Egg (deck 04 with a new Commander) now tops this one.

EDIT JULY 11 2019: Removed Paradox Engine per ban list. Replaced with Nevinyrral's Disk.

This is deck 8 of 15 decks I have posted here.
