Hello. I've been out of the game for awhile, but am coming back into it now. I'm a Canadian with an interest in the whole range. Here's a couple guidelines of mine:

Only willing to trade reserve list cards when I receive like kind in return.

I don't like sending a whole stack for 1 value card, rather keep it 4-3 or 8-6 or something like that. Generally speaking, I'm usually not willing to trade above a ratio of 3:1

Only willing to ship regular postage mail without tracking.
