Commander: Oros, the Avenger

This is a deck themed around the Nazi's. Every card that is not a basic land will have to be on theme and be explained.

Commander: Oros, the Avenger: His dealing damage to non-whites is pretty accurate for the Nazis. While you lose blue and miss out on cards such as Propaganda, you gain more value by having a flavorful commander. Plus, Mardu colors are the same colors of the Nazi flag.

In the 99: Smothering Tithe: Aside from just being a great card, it also represents Nazi oppression of the people they resent. Death Cloud: I don't really think I need to go into why this card fits. Blind Obedience: This represents how many Germans just blindly followed whatever Hitler told them to do, whether it was out of desire to follow him or out of fear of him. Authority of the Consuls: This card represents the utter power Hitler held over his people. Greed: This card represents the underlying reason Germany was having the issues in the first place. They were greedy for more land back in WWI and they blamed the Jews for their suffering, saying that the Jews were the ones who were greedy. Assemble the Legion: This card represents the Germans ability to form a massive and incredibly strong army. Command Tower: This card represents the central authority Hitler had within the German government. Theater of Horrors: This card represents what the Nazis were doing behind the scenes during WWII, what no one knew about until the war was over. Avatar of Slaughter: This card represents the slaughtering of the Jewish people by the Nazis. War's Toll: This card represents the commitment required from the Allies in order to beat the Nazis. Master Warcraft: This card represents Germany's ability to conquer so much land. Worship: This card represents how many Germans viewed Hitler as a godlike figure and basically worshiped him. Flashfires: This card represents the Nazis mass-burning Jewish bodies to cover their tracks. Furnace of Rath: This card represents the incinerators that the Nazis killed prisoners in. Painful Truths: This card represents the Nazis realizing that they have lost the war. Divine Reckoning: This card represents how the Nazis believed they were doing holy work. Merciless Eviction: This card represents how the Nazis were merciless towards those who were not on their side. Kindred Dominance: This card represents how the Nazis believed that their race was the only one that should live on. Sever the Bloodline: This card represents the Nazis trying to remove imperfections from their race. Curse of Vengeance: This card represents Germany's desire to get revenge on the rest of Europe. Blackblade Reforged: This card represents Germany rebuilding its military might after its defeat in WWI. Persecute: This card represents what the Nazis did to so many people. Empty the Pits: This card represents both the Nazi's last ditch effort to win the war and their effort to cover up their atrocities. Tainted Remedy: This card represents Germany's misguided attempt to regain international relevance. Remorseless Punishment: This card represents the Nazi's treatment of the Jews. Commander's Sphere: This card represents Hitler's sphere of influence. Boros Signet: This card represents a rallying insignia that armies march with, similar to the Nazi symbol. Fellwar Stone: This card represents the Nazis stealing different cultural elements from other people. Talisman of Conviction: This card represents how much the Nazis believed what they preached. Captive Audience: This card represents all of the Germans who were not with the Nazis but had to sit by and watch. Duress: This card represents the feeling of being a Jewish person in Nazi Germany, constantly having things taken away and fearing for your life. Tormenting Voice: This card represents all of the propaganda used by the Nazis, telling you that the Jews are evil. Kaalia of the Vast: While Oros might represent the Nazis as a whole, Kaalia more closely represents Hitler. She attacks you throwing sheer might with her powerful ability. Decree of Pain: This card represents the Nazi order to eradicate all Jews. Desecration Demon: This card represents how the Nazis treated those they conquered -> take more and more until they just kill you. Sower of Discord: This card represents the utter chaos that the Nazis spewed out onto the world both during and after the war. Languish: This card represents the mass suffering the Nazis caused on those who were too weak to defend themselves. Abyssal Persecutor: This card represents the persecution done by the guards in the camps on top of that done by the Nazi government. Overseer of the Damned: This card represents the guards of Auschwitz who enjoyed killing the Jews. Mogis, God of Slaughter: This card is the embodiment of the slaughter and death the Nazis inflicted upon the Jewish population. Indulgent Tormentor: This card represents on of the many twisted Nazi ideologies: Comply or Suffer. Syphon Flesh: This card represents the corpses left behind by the Nazis mass killing of the Jews. Anowon, the Ruin Sage: This card represents the progression of the Nazi injustice towards the Jewish people, going from only minor things to full scale incarceration. Harness by Force & Word of Seizing: These cards represent the Nazis stealing art from places they conquered such as Paris. Zurgo, Helmsmasher: This card represents the Nazi SS Soldiers who would butcher Jews. Drakuseth, Maw of Flames: This card represents Nazi blitzkrieg attacks from the air. Insurrection: This card represents the Nazi goal of world domination. Relentless Assault: This card represents Hitler not giving up until the allies were about to capture him. Aggravated Assault: This card represents the Nazis attacking so many different places throughout the war. True Conviction: This card represents how the Nazis view themselves: Heroes. Filth: This card represents how everyone else views the Nazis. Feldon of the Third Path: This card represents how the Nazis performed experiments on the imprisoned Jews. Archfiend of Despair: This card represents the Nazi's persistent and constant torturing of the Jews. Chained to the Rocks: This card represents the Nazi's treatment of the Jews. Quietus Spike: This card represents the Nazis killing over half of the Jewish population. Path to Exile: This card represents the Nazis killing Jews and sending them to the ground. Alms Collector: This card represents the Nazi propaganda against the Jewish people. Exsanguinate and Debt to the Deathless: These cards represent the Nazi goal of extermination of the 'inferior people'. Rule of Law: This card represents the dominance of the Nazi government over the people of Germany. Swords to Plowshares: This card represents the forced labor of the imprisoned Jews. Silence the Believers: This card represents the Nazis silencing any dissent among the Germans. Act of Aggression: This card represents Germany's aggression towards the rest of the world. Revel in Riches: This card represents all of the gold and valuable art the Nazis stole during the war. Blood Moon: This card represents the blood that was spilled at the hand of the Nazis. Inspiring Vantage: This card represents how many Germans viewed Hitler as a source of inspiration. Rogue's Passage: This card represents the smuggling operations that hid Jews from the Nazis. Needle Spires: This card represents German military defenses during the battles. Sacred Foundry: This card represents the intense training of the Nazi military. Caves of Koilos and Bloodfell Caves: These cards represent different places that Jewish people would hide from the Nazis. Smoldering Marsh: This card represents the remains of the massive fires burning Jewish corpses. Blood Crypt: This card represents the death chambers that killed so many people. Godless Shrine: This card represents the places of worship that were destroyed during the Jewish persecution.
