My favorite mono-black EDH.

Typical Voltrony play style: Throw some greaves on Volrath, or a Sword, and start swinging.

Swords are optional due to expense, but I like them for the protection. F&I, F&F, and L&S cover all of the colors (hence the absence of War and Peace) as well as Light and Shadow synergizing well with Volrath's ability.

Draco makes the deck due to his 1 Hit KO when teamed with Volrath's ability.

Mike and Trike are included as a cute combo that I happen to like in case things get hairy, but it's pretty optional as it doesn't add much to the deck itself.

Reanimate spells are in there (1) due to my belief of them being necessary black staples and (2) they synergize well with Volrath.
