GOLGARI

Explanation:

Although infinitely far away from New Phyrexia, poison still lingers in the air of the multiverse. Hapatra, Vizier of Poisons has managed to salvage an aspect of the poison, utilizing -1/-1 counters with an upside of creating a legion of snakes to carry out her bidding. Let's go over the main aspects of the deck.

-1/-1 Counters:

Hapatra, utilizing her combat damage to place -1/-1 counters on creatures, and in turn creating snakes, which deal more damage. With wither creatures, and certain "Perfect" creatures, we place a ton of -1/-1 counters on creatures, whether it be our own or an opponent's. With this abundance of -1/-1 counters, we can proliferate them to create even more snakes, while weakening our opponent's creatures.

Perfect Creatures:

Although from across the multiverse, the perfect creatures of New Phyrexia make a visit, bringing with them the glorious gift of the infectious oil. This deck, on its outside, is a fun janky counter/token deck, but on the inside, it's a brutal Phyrexian engine, churning out poison counters quicker than your opponents can ask for mercy.

Creature Removal:

Since this deck is based on -1/-1 counters, this deck has a good amount of cards either based on adding -1/-1 counters en mass, or destroying creatures that have -1/-1 counters on them. Good examples of these cards are Black Sun's Zenith and Crumbling Ashes.

Synopsis:

My main selling point with this deck is that it is fun, but it is No way cEDH. This deck is used for having a typical Golgari deck with constant value, but with the added benefit of having infect creatures along with proliferate effects.
