I wanted to try to keep this budget, so there are some improvements to make, but the main strategy is to draw a hand with tons of lands/ramp and then flood the board with elementals with crazy effects. I didn't carefully synergize anything, it sort of ended up as something of a who's who of my favorite elementals.
