Saskia has been my baby for a long time. In the past I have built her as an early game, high aggro deck, but I changed her to more of a tempo theme to better fit the meta in my playgroup. Currently, I have focused her to revolve around ramping into creatures with powerful combat effects to dominate the battlefield. Once I have assembled some pieces, I use combat tricks such as hatred, tainted strike, or embercleave to remove opponents from the game when they aren’t expecting it.

Saskia embodies what I think of when I imagine classic, nostalgic games of commander. Playing creatures and swinging for the fences.
