this deck is taking a lot of inspiration from Full English Breakfast, Full Irish Breakfast and Reanimator Premodern decks.

These decks rely on getting Survival of the Fittest out, searching for Squee, Goblin Nabob first, then Volrath's Shapeshifter, playing it out then getting a bunch of fatties.

Since I'm looking to go more casual I'm opting to put less tutors (Academy Rector, Enlightened Tutor, Vampiric Tutor, etc) to get this engine running. In its place I've added some synergy by sacrificing creatures that have ETB effects using Diabolic Intent, Phyrexian Dreadnaught, Nantuko Hustk, etc to then reanimate back into play to get a full-cycle going. Using Goblin Sharpshooter takes advantage of this.
