I made this deck with one thought in mind; to upset a few people i play with. Just for the record, it worked! This deck has 2 major game plans: 1) draw yourself out with Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind on the battlefield. 2) mill out your opponent. Major combos: Curiosity + Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind , Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind + Ophidian Eye , Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind + Tandem Lookout soulbond them, Keening Stone + Traumatize For the next 2, counter a spell put it on bottom then play tunnel vision and name that card that you put on bottom Spell Crumple + Tunnel Vision , Hinder + Tunnel Vision I think that's all the big combos. This deck is not quite done yet, I'm going to be working on bettering the land base,the counterspells and a few other things. Other than the main combos i also have some pieces that help the combo start Drift of Phantasms and Dizzy Spell can fetch pieces for the Niv-Mizzet combos with the transmute mechanic. I also included Gitaxian Probe , Thought Scour , and Jace's Archivist to potently start the combo for 1 manna or 2 life, just in case Niv-Mizzy can't tap for some reason.
