This is a mono-blue control deck focused on color hacking.

This deck was originally conceptualized as a Llawan, Cephalid Empress deck. I found she was very adept at controlling the board but I had a hard time closing out the game. I basically had to wait until I drew into Blind Seer or Indigo Faerie to combo out, which could take a very long time. So my compromise was making my commander the combo enabler, at the cost of some control.

The combo is very simple: using Blind Seer 's activated ability you color your opponent's permanents and use either Hibernation ; Wash Out ; All Is Dust; or Ugin, the Spirit Dragon to remove them from play. To this end, you'll need to generate a lot of mana...

• Extraplanar Lens, Gauntlet of Power, and Caged Sun all generate ~20 late game, enough to remove a player or two
• Clever Impersonator and Phyrexian Metamorph can be used to copy mana doublers and rocks
• Acquire and Bribery can be used to grab mana doublers
• You can Rite of Replication Solemn Simulacrum
• Palinchron can be used in conjunction with a mana doubler or Deadeye Navigator to produce infinite mana
• Basalt Monolith + Rings of Brighthearth will create infinite colorless mana, allowing you to reduce Blind Seer 's activation to

At this point they'll most likely concede (as you're set up to do this again and they can no longer stop you) but you should have a finisher in play just in case. I've found copying/stealing people's commanders and Eldrazi is easy enough, as well as just bringing the beats with a Consecrated Sphinx/Palinchron or two.

This deck is not intended to play with my friends so any suggestions you guys have to make it faster and/or meaner would be appreciated. I know there are some expensive cards in the deck but any suggestion >$100 will most likely not be taken into consideration
