Tippycat, thanks for the suggestion!

Sea Kings' Blessing looks like a great fit in this deck, but it is a tad bit pricey.. Doing color shenanigans with Llawan, Cephalid Empress is a whole lot of fun. But currently, I can still manage to do fun stuff with it using Sway of Illusion or Alter Reality / Glamerdye.

I'm gonna make a note of Sea Kings' Blessing, so it might get included at a later point :)

You have definite legendary tribal in here, how about Time of Need ? Combos well with the overall reduction Animar offers.

Animar has pro black and white - you have blue... Why not splash in some color play? Blind Seer , for example. Sway of Illusion , Vodalian Mystic , and Tidal Visionary are a couple more good examples.

Also, you have 2 Cultivate in your mainboard.

Sway of Illusion is just what I've been looking for! Of course, feel free to leave more suggestions if you think of anything else.

The cards I suggested have multiple targets: Sway of Illusion targets any number of creatures for 2 mana, Pyrokinesis targets up to four creatures for potentially no mana, Tidal Visionary can repeatedly target for 1 mana, and so on. Add that to opponents' creatures getting sacrificed whenever they're targeted, and Sway of Illusion becomes approximately "Choose any number of target creatures. Their controllers sacrifice those creatures. Draw a card." for .

Since it's an enchantment, I imagine it being used mostly as long term removal, in that every targeted effect you draw becomes a potential kill spell.

Check out Blinding Flare , Pyrokinesis , Sway of Illusion , Bloodlust Inciter or Goblin Motivator , and Tidal Visionary for some cheap starters.

Also, Another brutally oppresive combo in a Blind Seer deck would be the following:

Dismiss into Dream + Sway of Illusion

After Dismiss into Dream is in play, anything you do to target any opponent's creature forces them to sacrifice it! Now your Blind Seer just became a targetable and repeatable Innocent Blood with legs!

It doesn't deal damage to the creature so even indestructible won't help it. The player just has to put the creature in the yard.

You can replace Sway of Illusion with anything at all that will trigger the Dismiss into Dream . The sway is really good because it cantrips and can target an infinite amount of creatures and does it at instant speed!

And your deck will most likely be filled with many things beside the Blind Seer that can take advantage of these cards.

mynameisfifi, so I actually made this with some budget subs (Cryptic Command, Everflowing Chalice, Fellwar Stone, Pendrell Mists, Time Spiral, Long-Term Plans), and have been testing. Some feedback:

The deck is a blast to play (not so much for the rest of the table) so I want to tweak it a bit - please share your thoughts! Especially on bullet 3 :)

Hilarious +1 from me !

Never seen a few of these cards before. Chaoslace, Quickchange, Dwarven Song, Sea Kings' Blessing, Sway of Illusion, etc. Douse seems really powerful as a sideboard card for Tiny Leaders(?)

I partially feel like Animar, Soul of Elements would be a more fitting commander. Adding a color would hurt the budget but it's on theme lol you have black+white as backup colors to choose from

Jori En, Ruin Diver makes sense when you mention the 2-spell conundrum of a change-color spell plus a destroy-permanent-of-said-color spell. Have fun!
