Momir Vig, Simic Visionary Hackball is a deterministic combo deck which can consistently put out turn 4 wins, and runs an extensive interaction package in order to protect the combo and disrupt your opponents. This budget level, about $220, is the minimum budget if you want to play truly "competitive Hackball". It's missing a few luxury cards, such as Gaea's Cradle and a Crop Rotation package, as well as some manabase consistency. Overall, it's one of the most compelling budget options for playing competitive EDH, as it loses little effectiveness for its very low cost.
