First version of a semi-budget deck using the loud and proud C17 commander, Mairsil, the Pretender. I imagine most of the decks will come out looking something like this one, with a mix of "prisoner" creatures and artifacts, flicker effects, mana rocks, untappers, and looting/rummaging cards.

Notable exclusions: This land base is fairly budget. No Quicksilver Elemental, I know that's a common Mairsil pick. Also no Sol Ring because I primarily build for Duel Commander.

Edit: Put in Skithiryx because I had one laying around. For budget, it could be substituted for something like Blighted Bat or Urborg Skeleton or something else, depending on your need.
