Improves removal & card advantage (tutor & ramp).

Removed Skirsdag High Priest as the weakest link in favor of Extraplanar Lens + Snow-Covered Swamp. The priest really just has too many criteria to meet to be useful consistently and I also wanted to make room for the lens to allow for more Cabal Coffers-like avenues.
Removed Annihilate in favor of Meteor Golem. Targeted removal cantrip is nice, but for something relatively expensive, I'd rather have better removal less the draw + the on brand creature etb/ltb triggers/recursion & cloning capability with Mimic Vat.
Not Final Removed Increasing Ambition in favor of Buried Alive. Increasing ambition is really costly and was one of those cards that never seemed to get used to it's full potential. Additionally, I've had trouble with too many recursion spells in hand and not enough creatures in graveyard lately, so being able to tutor to graveyard and cheat out later may be an interesting solution. Untested
Removed Loyal Subordinate in favor of Torment of Hailfire. Was looking to add more comprehensive removal & wiping capability and thought torment was a good option. Replaced subordinate because, while mildly useful, he seems to suffer a little bit from friend-of-a-friend syndrome (i.e. not being directly on-brand in this deck).
Removed Demonic Tutor in favor of Vampiric Tutor. Already spent the money, so may as well be able to do almost the same thing for less mana and at instant speed. Will try to fit demonic tutor back into a different slot in the future.

Just noticed a discrepancy between the actual deck and this list, so here are those additional tweaks that must not've made it to the list.

Looks like I found a way to keep Demonic Tutor in after all.
Added Imp's Mischief because I'd like all the blue I can get out of my mono black.
Removed Erebos, God of the Dead and Extractor Demon because they're not very on-brand.
Not Final Removed Dregs of Sorrow probably just because it's not all that sexy and I needed to make room for something else.
