Essentially I want to be able to flash in my cards and give effects, and then maybe recur or bounce them back to gain the effects again, eventually leading to a small army surge for the win. Maybe some slight control. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. This will be my first blue deck created and I am unfamiliar with this colours cards.
