Introduction

This is the $500 upgraded budget list for my $250 where we are going to be adding more tutors, more helpful card advantage, and getting closer to the final build of the deck

Game Plan

The game plan is once again to win with our commander and Walking Ballista or Triskelion giving either lifelink for infinite counters and infinite damage. There isn't an alternate win condition in this list besides going wide and beat face.

Upgrades

The most noticeable upgrades that we can go with is the mana base. Artifacts like Mox Diamond, Mana Crypt, and Grim Monolith are too expensive for this build as it would be the $250 list+ one of these alone. Another upgrade from the budget is the fetchlands. They provide us with shuffling into hopefully better draws and lets us thin our deck.
