This is my second EDH deck I built that started off as a Multani, Maro-Sorcerer elemental themed deck, which inadvertently caused me to stumble on Omnath, and I quickly realized he'd be an exceedingly more effective Commander.

I've tried to make this deck as versatile as possible so it doesn't have to rely solely on Omnath swinging for a thousand as a win-con. Seedborn Muse + Vedalken Orrery pretty much says you take a turn on everyone else's turn. You definitely don't want this out unless you have a draw engine set up to let you go off or a way to protect this synergy because competent opponents will attempt to disrupt this asap. Speaking of draw power , Green is second only to Blue when it comes to that, and if we're talking about drawing in big chunks, I think Green comes out on top. Cards like Life's Legacy, Greater Good, Regal Force, Momentous Fall, Garruk, Primal Hunter will all keep your hand fat and full, so you want to run all of those.

Abusing etb triggers was made infinitely easier with Temur Sabertooth, and as an added bonus he synergizes with Karametra's Acolyte, Magus of the Candelabra, Selvala, Heart of the Wild and as long as you have a haste outlet out you have infinite mana. Flash outlets like Winding Canyons, Vedalken Orrery, Yeva, Nature's Herald, and Emergence Zones all synergize with the previously mention infinite mana outlets in terrifying ways for your opponents.

I'm not running a lot of ramp spells in favor of a multitude of 1 cmc dorks so I can get Omnath out t2. I should probably throw in a Sol Ring and Mana Crypt to maximize the % of a t2 Omnath, but I haven't figured out what to cut for those. Getting Omnath out t2 is HUGE because if you can start banking mana early game for big spells early game you will put yourself ahead of everyone else that much sooner and while that will probably put a target on you, if you get any of the aforementioned engines going, you're going to win even if you're the arch enemy.

I firmly believe that Green comes in at a close second to Blue as far as what a mono color can do, and that may even be up for debate with everything they keep adding to Green's slice of the color wheel. This deck takes advantage of all the things green does well. It's not a turn 2-3 win like Selvala storm, but you can win as early as t5.
