the deck is all about democracy. the commander changes almost every game. once a game is complete you have to take out all the five colour legendary creatures in the deck shuffle the pile and then lay the face down of a surface randomly flip one over and that commander is the winner of the election. the deck is built around the idea of bureaucracy, it has everything from taxes to capital punishment, the deck is slow and takes awhile to get anything done. the lands are interchangeable based on your budget. its a lot of fun to play and can actually win a few games dependant on who wins the "election" let me know if you have any ideas as to how to make the deck more entertaining.
