General Guidelines:

Cheap in Cost, not Cheap in Effects. If we want these precons to be used, they need to be affordable. With that in mind, let's keep the listings of cards under $5.00, and the total cost of each deck under $100. Given that most of these are mono-colored, that shouldn't be too hard to do.More Balanced than Balance. The idea here is that each of the decks would be competitive with the others. We're all totally aware that the Etali deck is probably the best here... but let's see if we can make them play on even footing!Fun! My first deck in EDH was G/R LD. Don't be me. It would be easy to make the Nezahal deck into counterspells.dec, but let's see if we can instead make each of these decks fun to play in addition to being balanced.

Deck Ideas:

Zetalpa: Definitely Voltron. Empyrial Armor effects, mana rocks out the wazzoo, the cheap equipment searchers. There is so much easy pump in White, and since she already comes with double strike and indestructible, you save a ton of space that would normally be taken up by making your commander hard to kill.

Nezahal: Madness subtheme? Three cards is a lot to keep your commander alive, it would be nice to use it as an advantage. Outside of that, I think Card Advantage and survival is the main concern. Mono-blue control fits that bill nicely, although I personally would stay away from straight Draw-go to ensure that the precons would be fun to play.

Tetzimoc: Probably the most difficult to build, but I think there's no question that his best use as a Commander would be a recursion deck. Let's find some sac outlets, recur them (still mad that Recurring Nightmare is banned), and play a bit of Stax. With the obvious addendum being that we don't want to go full Stax, as that would be horrible for all involved.

Etali: Huge Spells? My initial thought whenever I see guys like this is "oooo! A chance to play Scrambleverse! That's just one way to go with Etali, however... We'll have our work cut out for us here, however, as I personally think she's easily the strongest dinosaur.

Ghalta: EfficientCreatures.dec

Zacama: Naya Control seems like the hot ticket here. Being able to play her and untap means that we can keep all sorts of combat tricks and removal up our sleeves, or if nothing happens, just use her abilities at EOT.
