I can give a better list of the differences between this and the main list once I finish updating the main one, but in general any expensive cards are getting replaced.

Cuts from the main list:

Additions:

• Memory Lapse: Mana Drain is of course strictly superior but this is more affordable and still decent.

• Day's Undoing: It's a budget Timetwister.

• Tezzeret the Seeker : A much worse tutor than Transmute Artifact but it's a lot cheaper. I have no idea why Transmute Artifact's price spiked recently.

• 3x Snow-Covered Island : No deck thinning and no Cavern, but we save a couple hundred dollars here without really affecting the deck's performance.
