I think Jerren makes for a good Bloodborne themed commander. Jerren is Laurence, the First Vicar, the founder of the Healing Church who deceives and blinds his followers (human creatures and human tokkens) to deliver them to damnation (sacrifice theme and Ormendahl) and brings forth Ormandahl. His tranformation into Ormendahl could be seen as Laurence's transformation into the first Cleric Beast.

It's a casual deck with win con being a mix between draining opponents and throwing big demons in their faces.
