combo: As soon as you have about 5 Mana, about 6 creatures in graveyard and Mikaeus, the Unhallowed + Gray Merchant of Asphodel + a reanimator + a sacrificer in hand or graveyard, you can start (preferably with an counterspell in hand):

1. Play Ashiok, Dream Render , mill yourself with his ability and then play Songs of the Damned repeatedly as long as it gains you extra mana -> Now you should have about 17.
2. Play the reanimator and get Gray Merchant of Asphodel and Mikaeus, the Unhallowed and a few creatures on board (you can empty out your hand) and Gray Merchant of Asphodel drains the opponent for a lot. 3.Sacrifice and reanimate the Gray Merchant of Asphodel until the enemy is dead.

Why the 5th land? you might ask, That is for the counterspell, so you can protect your combo at least a bit.
