Morgue Theft
Sorcery
Return target creature card from your graveyard to your hand.
Flashback (4)(Black) (You may play this card from your graveyard for its flashback cost. Then remove it from the game.)

There's a fringe combo archetype call One-Land Spy. It basically plays a single forest, fetchable with Land Grant, a bunch of ways to ramp into Balustrade Spy or Destroy the Evidence to get your whole deck into the graveyard at once. From there, there are plenty of ways to win, typically casting a Haunting Misery for 20 something, retrieving it from the graveyard off Anarchist, casting it by flasbacking Morgue Theft, with mana generated from Songs of the Damned and rituals.
https://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/1-land-spy-hard-mode/ That one is a more elaborate version IMO, which wins through looping songs of the damned, to pay for a second loop which could be either Gray Merchant of Asphodel to drain life, or Balustrade Spy to mill your opponent.
The only thing you should be changing from that version is Gitaxian Probe which isn't pauper legal anymore. Replacing those, players are using cantrips like Manamorphose or cycling creatures, mana fixers like Abundant Growth, Springleaf Drum or mana dorks, rituals like Culling the Weak, or even stuff like Commune with Nature to dig for spy.

Here are some other suggestions: Piracy Charm. The following cards are more "Thief"-themed cards but they still suit in this deck I think. Morgue Theft, Morsel Theft, Psychic Theft, Thieves' Fortune, Triton Shorethief, Thief of Blood, Scroll Thief, Rootwater Thief (this one is actually pretty sick), Notion Thief, Master Thief, Jhessian Thief, Ingenious Thief, Identity Thief, Grimoire Thief, Dream Thief, Daring Thief (since you have some bad cards, you can exchange them for better cards with an opponent), Bala Ged Thief, Aura Thief

To make the most of your self mill from Sidisi:
Kessig Cagebreakers gets you a pretty nice swing
Orc Sureshot spot removes about anything, but if that's just not fast enough for you... Noxious Ghoul can clear the board lol.
To help mill everyone else, and then take advantage of it:
Extract from Darkness, and Dread Summons mills everyone and helps your boardstate.
Bonehoard or Necrotic Ooze takes advantage of everyone filling their graveyards.
In mill decks I like having flashback as a mechanic so even if I mill it away, I can possibly get some use out of it:
Morgue Theft
Creeping Renaissance
Tracker's Instincts.
Threshold is a mechanic to consider too, most are kinda meh, but they can work pretty well in mill decks:
Stitch Together can get stuff back.
Decaying Soil might not be worth the set-up tbh, but idk maybe.
Battlefield Scrounger Makes for a pretty big beater
Also to a lesser extent, the Monster Squirrel: Krosan Beast.

Traverse the Ulvenwald was in your budget for a while, but has been slowly creeping up.
Behold the Beyond is a combo deck's wet dream of a tutor, and it's sitting at a dollar.
Corrupted Grafstone is a nice mana rock for graveyard decks that gives you a turn 3 Jarad.
Crawling Sensation and Vessel of Nascency can self mill.
Cryptolith Rite has been dropping, so it might end up in your price range if it's an effect you want.
Deathcap Cultivator is a mana dork that likes graveyards.
Drownyard Temple can ramp from your graveyard.
If Eldritch Evolution and Grim Flayer ever drop in price they'd probably be good here.
Splendid Reclamation is enormous ramp in graveyard decks, and the price could go either way.
In general though, I noticed you have very little in the way of self mill for a deck that's so graveyard based. Hermit Druid is only about $2 and is phenomenal, and even if that's too expensive there are some great, cheap self mill cards like Nyx Weaver, Satyr Wayfinder, Undercity Informer, and Splinterfright you could use. As well as some great cards that play well with them, like Dread Return and Morgue Theft.
Hope that helps.

A few things from my Gitrog brewing.
If you're doing Ooze shenanigans, especially with abilities that target (Invoker), it's helpful to run a way to deal with problematic permanents so you can combo off. Grim Poppet and Wickerbough Elder with Devoted Druid can Plague Wind opponents, but more importantly can kill stuff like Aegis of the Gods and new Sigarda that prevent you from killing someone.
Gaea's Blessing feels better than Kozilek, since it has utiliy elsewhere and Kozilek is pretty unrealistic to cast. Outside of competitive tables, people do play Bribery.
If you're on the infinite mana and dredge plan, Morgue Theft is a way to get Ooze into your hand from your yard if you can't reliably flash back Dread Return.
Krosan Reclamation is a way to save combo pieces from instant-speed graveyard interaction. Maybe not good enough, but worth keeping in mind.
Other good value plays are Edge of Autumn, Burgeoning, Worm Harvest, and Centaur Vinecrasher.
Mentioned on the previous thread, but a cute combo you can run with infinite mana is Ever After+Sidisi, Undead Vizier. You can reanimate your deck and kill with Concordant Crossroads.

But then you need Yawgmoth's Will in your hand, and you need to be using Skirge Familiar, which is already not as reliable as Putrid Imp or Phantasmagorian.
With self mill combos it's best when all the pieces function from the graveyard.
I do think Morgue Theft into Xiahou Dun, the One-Eyed into Yawgmoth's Will makes a good back up plan. All the cards are useful on their own. If your combo gets interrupted and your library is empty, you can cast Krosan Reclamation in your next upkeep to get infinite mana and go off that way.

yavimaya_eldred, I'm not sure where your getting all that mana, or how that's supposed to be more consistent than Gitrog + discard outlet + dredge card, but thanks for bringing up Morgue Theft. That would probably work well as a backup card.
When thinking up combos I always try to keep three things in mind. In order of importance: How useful are the cards when they're not part of the combo. How few cards to I need to get the combo going? And how tutor-able are my combo pieces?

@sonnet666 Here's another combo option; Kermit makes tons of black mana (or infinite with a graveyard reshuffle effect) and dredges your deck with Dakmor Salvage+Skirge Familiar, then you reanimate/Morgue Theft either Bloodrite Invoker or a Necrotic Ooze using Invoker's ability and kill the table.
