Made this as competitive as it can be. Let me know if I am wrong though ;)

Main plan is to discard everyones hands while your commander is out and swing face but having Waste Not out you can sometimes do some cute things after wheeling. You also dont need your commander to win at all, it will just take longer.

Bit more of an explanation... the trick to discard decks is to go off in one turn so people dont kill/focus you. Start by lulling them in with card advantage from Howling Mine and Anvil of Bogardan and then stick to board wipes and getting pieces here and there to go off while also getting mana ramp. Bubbling Muck Dark Ritual will help you to go off and having out Crypt Ghast or Nirkana Revenant before hand doesnt usually draw hate so aim for that. Main pieces to go off can vary from game to game but generally you want one of your 3 hand discard spells Dark Deal , Ill-Gotten Gains , Awaken the Erstwhile or Cabal Conditioning in that order of preference. Once your ready to go off, killing one person is not hard with this deck but generally you will want to kill at least 2 people at once since there is always that one person that is not much of a threat and can be spared for a turn. Knowing what you need and when is key in this deck and to kill multiple people can be tricky but becomes easier playing the deck, a few key pieces you generally want in your hand/play/graveyard are: Waste Not , Sower of Discord , Yawgmoth's Will , Mindcrank + Fraying Omnipotence , Essence Harvest , Rite of Consumption , Exsanguinate . All in all I've been having a blast playing and making this deck so hope you enjoy!

Can add Tainted Strike + Hatred for more wincons and just take out some of the reanimation which is mainly there to cheaply get back my commander. I personally dont use them because they take alot of the fun out of playing the deck.
