This is an attempt at a budget Dimir saboteur deck. I wanted lots of ways to cause issues for opponents when I dealt combat damage, and I wanted to reliably cause combat damage. My favorite combination here right now is Vela the Night-Clad and Wrexial, the Risen Deep, where it means the Kraken almost certainly can't be blocked by anybody anywhere. I like playing with specters, so there is a large representation of them here, and it helps me stay alive by ensuring my opponents have less ability to play their threats. I'm playing ninjutsu because of the synergy with Vela, as well as the saboteur effects. There is a lot of combat damage trigger stuff in this deck that can actively hose deck strategies like graveyards in the ninja cards. Also, with Bident of Thassa, Ghastlord of Fugue, and other things, there are many ways to refill my hand via combat. Dimir doesn't usually lend itself to combat, but this is a first attempt at it. And in order to speed up the clocks, I have Quietus Spike and Scytheclaw, both in combination with Whispersilk Cloak in case Vela isn't around to help them through. Thoughts are welcome, but this is a budget deck, so please bear that in mind.
