What about Ionize , Suffocating Blast , Frilled Mystic , Plasm Capture , Avoid Fate , Double Negative , Dovin's Veto , Dromar's Charm or Drown in the Loch ?

Green typically doesn't have anything to do with hand sizes, so this is pretty weird.
Create a charm. Any kind of charm, any kinds of colors. Some of my favorite charms are Dromar's Charm , Funeral Charm , Seedling Charm and Orzhov Charm . I know they're not particularly powerful, but I like them.

Artifact Creature - Plant Sword
Blade of Grass can't be blocked by creatures with flying.
As long as you control another creature, Blade of Grass becomes an equipment artifact with Equip and "Equipped creature gets +3/+2 and can't be blocked by creatures with flying."

Make a counterspell that has modes. For example, Dawn Charm , Izzet Charm , and Dromar's Charm all have a type of counter effect as one of their modes; I want a counterspell that is primarily a counterspell with modes of other things going on in it.

I'd toss Fist of Suns for Astral Cornucopia and / or Everflowing Chalice - better fits, and they interact with prolifferate better.
Increasing Savagery is a very timmy spell, might want something with more versitility in here instead, like Decree of Savagery for the cycleing, or Hindervines since it doesn't stop your deck.
Inspiring Call is also a must for this deck - dodges a wrath, and gives card draw.
other kick-knack spells to consider: Abzan Charm , Bant Charm , Bioshift , Dromar's Charm , Jund Charm , Steady Progress , Temper , Test of Faith , Trap Essence , Unbreakable Formation , Contentious Plan , Volt Charge

I think this deck would benefit of Crucible of Fire and Wild Pair . Living Death and Primevals' Glorious Rebirth are amazing recursion. Spit Flame can be really fun; Dromar's Charm is a flavourful counter spell.

How about cutting Dromar's Charm then? It's good, but very colour specific/intensive. It's also a 3 CMC card, like Mana Web which won't change your mana curve.

- Venser's Journal (I just added this to combat life loss with Necropotence . Since it also makes me have a unlimited hand size, it combos there as well.)
- Mystic Remora (Do you mind telling me how to play this card correctly? My guess is just leave it around for one or two turn cycles, right?)

- Paradox Haze
- Flooded Strand (I finally splurged and bought a fetchland. That's what I replaced the island with. Only time will tell if it was a good idea. I think it was, because I can use it later on in any deck that runs blue or white.)
