Made some serious changes to gear the deck more towards combo interactions. It can win without them due to the large fliers and some aggressive ramping, but if you can make your life total, your mana-pool, and the size of your creatures arbitrary, might as well do it, right?

Key combos include: Archangel of Thune + Spike Feeder , Saffi Eriksdotter + Sun Titan , Anafenza, Kin-Tree Spirit + Kitchen Finks , Dromoka, the Eternal + Mirror Entity and Doubling Season (the best 1 card combo).
