There are several strategies in this deck. The most straight forward is to get Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind out and then draw a ton of cards with damage acceleration from Gratuitous Violence or Psychosis Crawler. The fastest way to draw an arbitrarily large number of cards is with Mindmoil, cast the lowest cost spells or try to get up storm count to cast a big Mind's Desire.

Other more midrange strategies involve the suite of equipment and auras that can be attached to Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind for using with his damage ability. Equipping Sword of Kaldra allows you to straight-up exile your opponents' creatures, Basilisk Collar allows you to kill them and gain a ton of life, Neko-Te allows you to tap their creatures indefinitely or double your damage rate to opponents.
