Oh Riveteers, you created such a fun little devil man.

Henzie "Toolbox" Torre is a very strong, low CMC Jund commander that embodies the color combination. Big creatures, aggression, and sacrifice. All in one 3 mana 3/3 package. Delightful.

Henzie is key to the deck. You can play big-mana Jund without him, but it is much less fun. Ramping hard is your main priority for a couple of reasons:

1) In the event Henzie is repeatedly destroyed, you can still cast him

Or

2) You are still able to play your more expensive cards in the event Henzie is taxed out of the game.

Your main priority will be burying your opponents in value with cards like a blitzed Kokusho, the Evening Star or one of my favorites is a blitzed Avenger of Zendikar that is sacrificed, then immediately reanimated. The value gets nutty. Feel free to throw in Birthing Pod if you would like some more value on top of your value.

Abuse recursion like Phyrexian Delver or Living Death, to get back the creatures you have blitzed into an early graveyard.

There are also plenty of ways of drawing extra cards from your blitz creatures with cards like Greater Good or Disciple of Bolas.

Let's say you don't want your blitzed Avenger to die quite yet? We have cards like Temur Sabertooth to cheaply bounce it back to your hand. Sure you won't get the card, but you get more out of it later, so that's definitely worth it on cards that have high impact ETB's like Avenger, Woodfall Primus, or Alpha Deathclaw.

The world is your oyster when it comes to this commander, which is why I love the avenues he opens.

I may just love cheating mana costs, but that's just me.
