Here is a deck I've been slowly building by taking trips to my local card store's junk card bin. Every card in this deck was seriously bought for a penny including Rubinia herself. I'm trying to put together a fun deck to play against that can still bring some pressure even with some 3rd and 4th-tier cards. I've got a few game-winning combos and a sub-theme of tapping/untapping creatures. Suggestions are welcome, although I am limiting my deck to only cards that would be found in the junk/overflow bin.
