Here's my first stab at a budget EDH deck, today we are taking on a very popular 5 color commander, Scion of the Ur-Dragon! Scion of the Ur-Dragon is a very good toolbox commander because he can become any dragon in your library at instant speed for 2 mana. This can work in a variety of ways as you can infer from the cards and as the video further reiterates. Plus, its a dragon tribal deck! Who doesn't love fatties that can attack without being blocked for the most part.
