A modified version of razzliox's Jarad deck to fit a budget. Has a couple of win cons like Jarad + Phyrexian Devourer, Trix + Devourer in graveyard with Necrotic Ooze on the field (usually get this through an Buried Alive + reanimator spell), Wall Of Blood + Jarad (if you have the life) or Hatred + most any creature + Jarad (again, if you have enough life). Definitely looking to improve this deck by swapping out some cards.
