Wanted to take a crack at an Orzhov burn deck. The idea here is how much of an ass can I be in Orzhov colors without blatantly turning off my opponent's ability to do anything with cost increases or other control-y stuff. Basically, when your opponent "asks" to do something (by declaring any action) the answer to if they can do it is "You can, but it'll cost ya." Aside from some minor pillowforting this deck just stacks up effects that cause opponents (or even ourselves) to loose life, and a stock of ways for you to gain life in order to semi-counteract the symmetrical effect of the commander, Liesa.
