Enchantment

Whenever a creature you control attacks, defending player loses 1 life and you gain 1 life.

You managed to hit the land balance pretty much dead on--nice work! Unfortunately, I think you have a few too many lands. A good rule of thumb is to have 36-40 lands in a Commander deck, depending on speed and mana requirements. Since I don't see many non-land mana sources, and since you want to get a land drop every turn to reach the higher-cost cards, I recommend dropping to 39-40 lands.

Isshin, Two Heavens as One wants a lot of attack triggers, anything that says "Whenever such-and-such attacks...". You have some good choices with Kitsune Ace, Selfless Samurai, and Imperial Recovery Unit, among others, but there are more out there. If you can find cards like Campaign of Vengeance, Goblin Traprunner, and Gleam of Battle, or even Brutal Hordechief or Fervent Charge if you're willing to spend the money, you'll push this to the next level.

I also suggest finding some cards that let you draw more, like Greed or Read the Bones. is a good color for this, but and have been getting more options recently. Top deck effects like your Abbot of Keral Keep are also useful in the same way. This will help keep your attacks moving and apply pressure to your opponents.

Finally, look for some direct removal, like Terminate, Rip Apart, or Vindicate to get rid of problems and threats your opponents put out. Dokuchi Silencer and Explosive Entry are the right idea.

This isn't the right deck for Sky-Blessed Samurai, with only three enchantments. You'll be paying full cost for it most of the time, occasionally getting a one-mana discount, and its stats aren't good enough to justify the cost. Save it for a more enchantment focused deck where it can reach its full potential.

Finally, you could use some more one-mana cards so that you have more options on turn 1 besides play a land and pass.

Overall, this looks good. You have solid card interactions, a good combat theme and Vehicle subtheme, and a strong foundation. Play it, test it, tweak it, feel out what you like and what might be improved, and above all, have fun!

KayneMarco I have Olivia Voldaren in my maybeboard deck. Unfortunately, There aren't red cards that fit my theme to be worth it in my opinion. However! If the vampire set this year has a good amount of red cards that fit this theme she'll definitely be going in. Campaign of Vengeance is excellent and I made sure to add it. Thank you for the advice!

2 cards that need to be in this or any vampire deck in my opinion are Olivia Voldaren and Campaign of Vengeance

Board wipes that seem "on theme" and white "ramp" to consider. Queen Marchesa doesn't have a clear single way to build so you have lots of options. However, I feel like said you want to play her like the Kween she is and create a royal court full of politicin' and group interaction to make all the boys whine. I don't think you want to discourgage people from taking the monarch from you, more encourage them to swing others IE: NO Ghostly Prisons, YES Teysa effects. Punish the ones who swing you only after the fact and reward the ones who swing others. There is a lot listed!

I would recommend Throne of the God-Pharaoh instead of Campaign of Vengeance . Since you already are running Filth , Entomb and Anger seem like natural inclusions, perhaps instead of Fervor and Contagion Clasp . Check out my list: Edgar Aggro

Love the deck tech and this is an archetype I have thought often of, though trying to do both artifacts and enchantments in a three-color format and not restrict your synergies can be tough. You're better off either going full enchantment or full artifact and then you'll be running a more streamlined, combotastic deck by doing so. I think you've gone heavier on the artifact side, or we'd be seeing more enchantment creatures from Theros and the Commander enchantment-creature precon and enchantment removal spells that combo with things like Blightcaster and Grim Guardian (which all combo with enchanting removal like Pacifism and Prison Realm and Dead Weight, etc.). To this artifact-heavy focus, I think Myr Retriever and Workshop Assistant are too redundant and provide only small bodies on the field when there are so many other cards that have this same effect already in the deck here (Sharuum the Hegemon, Buried Ruin, etc.). Plus, without a sacrifice outlet, Workshop Assistant is definitely not the kind of card you want to be top-decking in situations where you've run out of steam. On the other hand, you may need more card draw rather than grave draw, since you don't self-mill, (especially if you're in a situation where Distant Melody is dead in your hand) and I think Mask of Riddles is an ideal sideboard/budget alternate for this deck. And is Ever-Watching Threshold in the pre-con? It should be. Faerie Mechanist comes to me as a distant budget option (because it only looks at the top 3 cards of your library, it's too limited to be truly useful since this deck also runs so many enchantments and creatures, but it's got tribal, flying, and it is an artifact as such is worth a mention). Finally, if you can make double-black mana work in your casting, Underworld Connections is card advantage that seems to be a staple of commander that also happens to trigger your commander. Sludge Strider can get you that life back on occasions where you have extra mana and are losing artifact creatures or sacrificing artifacts to effects (heck, even Dimir Locket and Orzhov Locket couldn't go wrong as cheap ramp that gets you card draw in the late game and triggers other effects). And take out the Winged Words from the 60-card precon, which gets you nowhere in a 100-card format, and put in at least a Terramorphic Expanse if you don't have access to better quality dual-lands. Campaign of Vengeance and Ethereal Absolution if you're really committed to going wide with your commander (I mean, with Etchings and Ethereal and your commander, you could have at least five or six 4/3 flying faeries threatening to go wider and wider). They could be protected from board wipes by an additional counterspell, like Stoic Rebuttal. I could go on and on, but definitely replace a few of the things in the precon with at least a few of these.

RNR_Gaming thanks for the advise! I was actually considering adding Torment of Hailfire and Debt to the Deathless in there but my problem is deciding what cards to remove lol Anguished Unmaking was also on that list. Also Wound Reflection , Cover of Darkness , Bloodchief Ascension , Necromancer's Covenant , Campaign of Vengeance and others... I just always seem to have a hard time deciding what to replace what with.
