Mono blue commander deck with the self-styled "StackCaster Mage", Naru Meha, Master Wizard as the primary win con at the helm. This deck makes use of multiple tutors and accelerants to win in a quick, explosive turn, while using the best countermagic and disruption available to ensure our gameplan goes off without a hitch, or preventing an opponents game plan. This deck is quite flexible and can win at instant speed on your opponents turn out of nowhere, while having multiple different routes to ensure victory against an entire table.

The Infinite Flicker Combo

Here's how the combo works:

• A flicker spell ( Essence Flux , Displace , Ghostly Flicker , or Illusionist's Stratagem ) is cast
• Naru is flashed in, resolving first and making a copy of said flicker spell on the stack
• First flicker copy resolves, targeting Naru (at least)
• Naru ETB's because she is flicked, making another copy of the lone flicker spell on the stack
• Flicker copy resolves, Naru ETB's, repeat infinitely

Win Conditions

• Illusionist's Stratagem targeting Naru to draw your entire deck with Laboratory Maniac out; barring the Lab Maniac, you would have your entire deck to work with anyway. Works at instant speed, takes a bit of setup to win on your opponent's turn but is guaranteed on your turn. This usually results in you playing some combination of rocks or Gilded Lotus to play LabMan when your whole deck is in your hand, and then playing Gitaxian Probe , Gush , or some other draw spell to win, mana permitting.

• Blue Sun's Zenith with infinite mana from infinite flick via Naru / Ghostly Flicker with your lands/rocks as targets for infinite on your opponent, making your opponent draw their entire deck and lose (watch out for Laboratory Maniac)

• Infinite Venser, Shaper Savant infinite flick to wipe the field indiscriminantly, works with Displace and Ghostly Flicker

• Any flicker spell targeting Naru with Altar of the Brood out for infinite, instant speed mass mill

Backup Win conditions

• Isochron Scepter paired with Dramatic Reversal (since it taps the scepter to use it, which then untaps itself...) for infinite storm castings of Dramatic Reversal fueling Aetherflux Reservoir (or infinite mana with flicking rocks for Blue Sun's Zenith )

• Tezzeret the Seeker making all artifacts swing for lethal against an opponent
