I love ETB effects. Marchesa, the Black Rose allows me to abuse these effects and keep my creatures around despite wraths and unfavorable combats.

I've never built a URB deck before, so I'm not sure the best balance of ramp effects and actual creatures. I'm sure that will slowly adjust.

I love effects that allow me to borrow and sacrifice your creatures; especially since Marchesa makes them mine if she reanimates them. I am only running effects with built-in sacrifice right now, since I'm trying to grab beaters most of the time.

I have a few effects that allow me to sacrifice creatures, to help trigger their effects even if my opponents aren't being kind enough to block/kill my dudes. Finding the right balance there will be hard.

Finally, I am also running effects that allow me to pay life. It's important that I don't have the highest life total, so that I can put more +1/+1 counters on my dudes.
