This is mainly a grixus good stuff/theft deck. Jeleva is in the command zone because there is nothing more frustrating to see than all of your key pieces being exiled away while an opponent casts a time stretch on turn five. If your big things are exiled, no worries! You have plenty more in stock and will eventually just grind your opponents into a fine powder. The biggest danger with this deck is having all of the big spells trapped in your hand and not having the mana to cast them. I don't run top deck manipulation because I like to think of casting Jeleva as a gamble every time. One of the most important things you can do is cast Jeleva as many times as possible if you are against a green deck, that way you get every cultivate and kodama's reach effect. If anyone has any good additions that work well with Jeleva let me know!
