This is far from ideal in any sense of the word, but is built from my own collection and with budget in mind. A lot of these cards would be better traded for more expensive versions (Duress for Thoughtseize, any mana rock for Phyrexian Altar), but I simply don't have those cards and can't really afford them. I'll probably update this decklist as I'm able to get more of the cards I'd ideally want to run. Suggestions are appreciated, but try to keep them as budget-friendly as possible. Also, yes, I know this deck has too many mana rocks. They'll be replaced with better options as soon as possible.
