Sorcerer's Broom
Artifact Creature — Spirit
Whenever you sacrifice another permanent, you may pay . If you do, create a token that's a copy of Sorcerer's Broom.

Sorry I haven't been on to respond in a while. I've been busy with work and haven't been playing much as my LGS still hasn't opened tables up to Magic players. I may not know much about some of these new cards, but I'll still offer some advice on running artifacts in EDH. (Most of my experience is with Sydri, Galvanic Genius in A Pile of Cans so feel free to check that out.) First, I'd try to narrow down to a particular approach to build around. Osgir, the Reconstructor offers a range of options in this regard. Then, you can make swaps for cards that synergize more with that chosen approach.
One option I see is running as many low-cmc artifacts as possible to minimize how much you have to spend on your commander's activated ability. The best bet for this might be the new modular cards. They have small bodies that can be buffed by Osgir after combat and give extra benefits on being killed off themselves. Bonus points if you can afford Arcbound Ravager. Modular is not actually a triggered ETB so you can't get more benefit from Panharmonicon, but I'll touch on that more later. Other options include Bomat Courier, Epochrasite, Gingerbrute, and Sorcerer's Broom. Making lots of token creatures makes a go-wide plan with Steel Overseer, Chief of the Foundry, Signal Pest, and the like more viable. Anything else that produces thopters or servos fits too. Untapping Osgir is probably more mana efficient than copying his ability with this approach.
The exact opposite gameplan is also possible. Run plenty of ramp artifacts like Basalt Monolith, Thran Dynamo, Blinkmoth Urn, and Hedron Archive to play and duplicate overwhelming threats. Darksteel Forge, Soul of New Phyrexia, Platinum Angel, Platinum Emperion, Spine of Ish Sah, Bosh, Iron Golem, Phyrexian Triniform, and Summoning Station are the first options I can think of. Unfortunately, such cards do tend to be less budget friendly. I think it would also be worth distinguishing between a plan using death and entry triggers and one using taps and untaps. The former is where Panharmonicon comes back into play along with Mirrorworks, Prototype Portal, and the refurbish-ers like Goblin Welder. The latter is where Unwinding Clock is king along with its little brothers Clock of Omens, Voltaic Construct, and Voltaic Key. (Both choices can also apply to a more aggressive approach of course.) Here, copying Osgir's ability is likely to be more efficient than untapping him.
Some other artifacts I'm a fan of that are always useful are Mirage Mirror, Kuldotha Forgemaster, and Scourglass. Let me know if you have any questions and I'll try to get back as soon as I'm able. I apologize in advance if that means a few days.

Sorcery (Uncommon)
For each Viashino you control, create a 2/1 red Viashino creature token with haste. At the end of your turn, sacrifice those tokens.
I'd like to see a Sacrifice benefiting Viashino, similar to Mayhem Devil or Sorcerer's Broom

Hello,
Deck looks fun, but here's a few other fun things you could consider, maybe as single copies:
Shadowspear You have a lot of big dudes who could gain you a lot of life with the lifelink, the trample can still be nice on your decent creatures that don't already have it, and having the option to get rid of hexproof and indestructible can be nice to have sitting on the board.
The Great Henge You have mostly creatures, and many big ones, so this would be an immediate upgrade to the deck. Even the life gain can be relevant with your Deathless Knight .
Esika's Chariot Could be just a fun thing to play with. It could be interesting to multiply your food tokens with it, or even the giant from Giant Opportunity . Should be easy to crew here too.
Your mana base could benefit from running 4 Darkbore Pathway  Flip and maybe some Fabled Passage especially if you insist on playing Sorcerer's Broom , but personally those would be the first things to go. I'm also not sure how much you like Giant's Skewer but I'm pretty sure you don't need 4 of them either.
Hopefully this will give you some food for thought for your food deck!

You're welcome. I have had good success with Sandstone Oracle and seen good lists for Lesser Masticore, Burnished Hart, and Sorcerer's Broom. I haven't tried the latter three but the Oracle is surprisingly strong, you just ramp hardcore to get the Oracle out and refill your hand and try to kill it in combat to do it again.

Seal of Doom, Seal of Primordium, Executioner's Capsule?
probably don't want spark elemental, and cabal therapy can swap out for the Cabal Therapist.
Cauldron Familiar would be good with all the food, as would Trail of Crumbs
other random suggestions: Sorcerer's Broom, Springbloom Druid, Goblin Kaboomist, Izoni, Thousand-Eyed, Mortician Beetle, and Blood Aspirant

Not a bad attempt, but my dude, 20 lands isn't going to cut it. Most competitive decks run 22-24. Your problem then comes that you want lots of mana for Sorcerer's Broom , but you don't need much for the rest of the deck. I'd recommend some draw spells, add 3-5 land, and some big creatures ( God-Eternal Rhonas won't be enough. I'd remove him too). And, you have too many tapped lands. Take out Temple of Malady and Jungle Hollow , and add a fourth Overgrown Tomb and some Castle Locthwain s and the rest should be basics. Tapped lands will only slow you down.

Ahcujkak The Bag of Holding does actually help out a bit. I'd throw two in the sideboard just in case. Syr Konrad, the Grim may actually seem some very nice standard play as far as aristocrat strats. I've seen combos involving him, Sorcerer's Broom , Witch's Oven , and Cavalier of Night . Lots of graveyard shenanigans and life loss. Murderous Rider is definitely gonna replace 2 Shock cards.

Now that ELD is out there's a lot more "Witch" themed cards like:
- Frogify
Any chance of reviewing your list to fit some of these cards in for theme?
