Concept

Etali, Primal Storm being one of my favorite magic cards of all time and having never built a mono red commander deck, this seemed like a fun build to try.

Commander

Again, Etali, Primal Storm is one of my favorite magic cards, so seems like an obvious choice to try and build around. Plus, casting things for free causes chaos, and chaos is fun.

Win Cons

Get out large threats and attack right away with haste. Cast other peoples cards and destroy them with their own stuff.
