I LOVE the Eldrazi and have been looking for an effective way of getting them into a commander deck. Then I found animar, soul of the elements. This commander is perfect for getting my big smasheies onto the field early on and keep them coming at my enemies.

To ramp up to the heavy hitters quickly, I have a good number of smaller Eldrazi to boost up animar, soul of the elements, not to mention spawn Scions with creatures or Awakening Zone for even more mana advantage. If I can manage to get Ashnod's Altar, I can also double the value of each scion and really get things going. Then there is the not-so-imaginative combo with Animar and Ancestral Statue to give Animar infinite combos and really accelerate the game for me.

Another way to drop some pretty scary creatures and increase the rate I draw cards from my deck is to use Descendants' Path which can lead to some pretty spectacular surprises if the order of my cards aligns well. As with most EDH decks, protecting the commander is KEY so I will run a bit of counter magic, removal, protection and blink spells to try to keep her (him?) on the board. The win conditions with this deck are straight forward. Optimally I can outpace people and force their hand using early game swarms of beefy Eldrazi. If I get out-paced, I can always use All Is Dust to clear a straight path at enemies and swing in with a titan or two. Otherwise, I can use the annihilator route and really mess up some board states.

In play testing this deck it is really boom or bust and I can already feel the hate from my playgroup just knowing that a titan might be lurking near the top of the deck. I usually play a lot of grixis control spell so this creature centric deck is very new for me. Saying that, all advice and/or upvotes are be appreciated!!!
