It seems that Brago's wifi has gone wacky, and his permanents on the battlefield keep flickering in and out!

TBH this is the Phantom Premonition precon but with all the chaff taken out. Currently looking for a big spell I can spam by looping it back into my hand. Some funny combo like Storm Herd and Time Stretch with a few variants of sorcery/instant recursion.
