My bilbo deck there are three "two card" combos: infinite life with spike feeder + cleric class (to try to activate bilbos ability and infinite death triggers and etbs with Ratadrabik of Urborg + Boromir, Warden of the Tower infinite death triggers with Chatterfang, Squirrel General + Pittless Plunderer

those some of these combos have sinergy with other cards like:

(Ratadrabik of Urborg + Boromir, Warden of the Tower) and (Chatterfang, Squirrel General + Pittless Plunderer) interact with (Essence Warden, and, Prosperous Innkeeper) for infinite life

or with mirkwood bats for infinite damage

there are other combos, but primarily these are the core of the deck

a combo that I'm particularly proud is the interaction with bone miser arbor dryad and tortured existence for infinite zombies :D
