This is a The Chain Veil combo deck. Lots of control, card draw and tutors to help assemble the combo. Essentially the deck only needs to assemble four permanents that tap for a total of 6 mana, Teferi, Temporal Archmage and The Chain Veil to produce infinite mana with infinite planeswalker activations.
