Usually wincons are drawing your deck out and then playing a Laboratory Maniac or Thassa's OracleGC.

A great way to draw your deck is with Mind Over Matter, letting you draw infinite cards with Azami on board, or Enter the Infinite.

Psychosis Crawler is also great, as your board state should be good enough to draw as many cards as you need to ping your opponents to death. Also you can just wait till your opponents concede out of boredom or annoyance.
