I didn't go with a phoenix tribal theme for this commander because I'd honestly rather use it for a graveyard hijinxes theme, where I can win via slowburn and value engines. While it is definitely possible to build it chocked full of phoenixes, honestly, there aren't many worthwhile phoenixes for that.
