I'm not sure if you're interested in adjusting this at some point, but I often get ideas when I look over decks/test them out (and like the list enough to get a bit invested in it), so here's a few ideas I had, maybe something will spark your interest! Also, you're at 99 cards atm, if you add 1 more the deck will show as legal in Commander.
I have some decks that mix Voltron/Aggro, I have rarely been unhappy with Berserkers' Onslaught, even if you already have First Strike getting Double Strike also doubles everything on your board's power while attacking (you'll still have First Strike while blocking, which is still very useful imho). True Conviction is a White version with a bit more upside, but it's 6 mana, I think you could run both to get that Double Strike Anthem out more often. Scavenged Brawler is a weird new card that offers two uses, if you cast it it's a 4/4 artifact creature with a heap of upsides, but imagine using that on Jor! Vigilance and First Strike are AMAZING together. With your Average MV I wonder if Detective's Phoenix is worth a look? Haste and Flying for only is amazing later game, especially with an 8 power Commander! Rite of the Raging Storm is a weird card that synergizes with your Commander (an 8/1 is actually intimidating IMHO, and if you can give it Double Strike, it gets ugly...). Gisela, Blade of Goldnight is an interesting late game card, the effect is stronger than it looks, and it stacks with Double Strike. Two-Handed Axe and Inquisitor's Flail are nice equipment with First Strike.
If you like The Prydwn, maybe Parhelion II? If Jor is online it's 8 mana to swing for 22 by itself (well, with it's two Vigilance angels that each get +3), this also plays well with any power double effects. It is a LOT of mana fwiw, but it's a decent closer that only needs a pilot to work.
This is going to sound a bit crazy, but have you ever considered Harmonious Archon? This has big synergies with Jor (and any other anthems you have), maybe not ideal if you have opponents who have larger armies of smaller tokens? Oh, if people do tend to swarm you maybe Brave the Sands would help? It's very good with First Strike, as well as Jor's ability.
Liquimetal Torque is a neat mana rock that can help you get a problem card off the board (artifacts are more often removed), and with your Commander you could use this to gain access to an extra artifact to turn on The Prevailer in a pinch, I think that's enough use cases to matter. I have had fun with Torque + Gorilla Shaman, Viashino Heretic, and Devout Witness as permanents that can repeatedly remove problematic cards without generating too much salt. Since they're also creatures they offer you upside of being capable of swinging with +3 in a pinch. Great with Double Strike obviously!
Bonders' Enclave and War Room are pretty handy in a Boros list, especially with a Commander that turns on the Enclave. Enclave is pretty cheap ATM, War Room seems to get reprinted a lot so if it's too much it'll probably go down at some point.
Oh, just remembered, have you got a Transmogrifying Wand kicking around? This is an artifact that will stick around after you've removed 3 creatures with it, the only real drawback in my experience is that it costs 3 up front, though in practice this is often an upside because you can play it out whenever for Metalcraft, then use it to Ox a problem creature.

Not sure if it's too weak, but when I was playing with only older cards I was surprisingly happy with what Orim, Samite Healer could do, preventing 3 damage can be enough to make combat way more complicated for your opponents. If you have creatures with First Strike and Banding somewhat often, you might like cards that do the opposite of Orim, the clunkiest I can think of is Elite Archers, if you have this out and some Banding First Strike creatures it might make combat scary enough to matter. White used to get a fair number of creatures like this. Sorry if this kind of stuff isn't up to your deck's standards!
I've always loved a good 'tap to really annoy your opponent' type cards, some of my general purpose favorites are Spurnmage Advocate, Pulsemage Advocate, Intrepid Hero, Devout Witness, and the huge pie break Preacher. I think WotC stopped making cards like this because they're incredibly annoying to play against rather than them being functionally bad, but it is true that they come out and do nothing for a cycle. Sorry they don't have Banding, but they can help you win more games.
Again, not sure if it's too weak, but I've rarely been disappointed by Noble Purpose, it even stacks with Lifelink sources if you've got any. Spare life turns slugfest type games that old cards often produce into gradual advantage for you.
Since you have some Vigilance sources, maybe Righteous Fury would do some work? Even weirder, what about a Meekstone? Most of your bodies are small, it's a lot like another Crackdown.
I feel like if you're going to run Glorious Anthem you might consider Soltari Champion, the other White Shadow I often sneak into decks is Soltari Visionary. They both do something quite useful, but Visionary is a bit more meta dependent, some groups avoid Enchantments. Technically Soltari Champion works better with a Meekstone than a normal Anthem will.

In budget decks I always want a Transmogrifying Wand, removal tends to help budget decks a lot more than higher power decks because it's usually harder for a budget deck to just 'go over the top' and win via brute force. GW is really, really good at removing stuff, it's a specialty of both colours at this point.
A few things I use in my Selesnya deck, which is also interested in tokens, might fit in here. Gigantomancer is a lot of mana to get out, but all buffs stack with 7/7 base p/t. Harmonious Archon is an unbelievably good card in a deck that can go reasonably wide, it makes everyone equal, meaning anything that gets even +0/+1 is suddenly terrifying, same with First Strike. Keeper of Fables is a big dumb version of Toski, Bearer of Secrets, but Toski is very much not budget. Soltari Visionary is a weird old card that can remove an enchantment each time it gets in for damage, and most people don't run any Shadows. Hour of Reckoning might work if most people don't run many tokens in your area. Shamanic Revelation is better in decks that don't have very big creatures but tend to have lots, Return of the Wildspeaker and it's ilk are better if you have a very tall creature. Abundance is great in budget decks where you might struggle to find enough card draw, it gets you more consistent value for each draw. Felidar Retreat might be a bit pricey, but getting a free +1/+1 counter on each creature matters more in a deck with tokens. Similarly, Idol of Oblivion isn't super cheap but it's a strong effect with token generation.
If you like Myriad Landscape, Blighted Woodland also exists, ramp on a land is really sweet, even if it's not the most efficient ramp (it enters untapped). Devout Witness is repeatable removal vs artifacts and enchantments.
There is an old cycle in Selesnya that's really useful in some cases, most of them are budget but the odd one is pricier (though not very). They all work on the principle that you give an opponent back cards from their graveyard to get access to a really strong effect. I've had good results with Spurnmage Advocate, Pulsemage Advocate and Nullmage Advocate, but take a look if you've got a few minutes. They're all from the Judgement set iirc, but some got reprints. One fun thing you can do with these is target something someone else was planning to reanimate/dredge with, there are a decent number of Magic cards that people play in EDH that they want/need in their graveyard.

I would suggest an option that includes and , with as a possible third color.
isn't great. Mageta the Lion is a repeatable board wipe, and the other two I would consider are Avenger en-Dal and Devout Witness as targeted removal options.
has a couple of interesting control options. Waterfront Bouncer, Trickster Mage, and maybe Alexi, Zephyr Mage are passable tempo options, Stronghold Biologist and Stronghold Machinist are more color-heavy, and Dreamscape Artist hits color fixing and ramp, unusual for blue.
Spellshapers are generally mana-heavy, but Undertaker gives you a lot of freedom in what you discard, allowing you to switch cards in your hand and graveyard as needed. Notorious Assassin and Greel, Mind Raker are further control options.
offers mostly burn and evasion. Seismic Mage is repeatable land destruction, and Hammer Mage eats artifacts.
is, as always, the best at color fixing, with Greenseeker, Harvest Mage, and Silverglade Pathfinder. Rushwood Herbalist and Dawnstrider protect your creatures, and Jolrael, Empress of Beasts works well with the red options.

I like using Devout Witness and Viashino Heretic to help deal with artifacts/enchantments, and Jaya Ballard, Task Mage is pretty hilarious if you're already using Basilisk Collar (she can also remove any Blue Commander, which is hilarious I find). Brass Knuckles might do nothing when you double it up on most Commanders, but Wyleth will draw 2 cards each swing for 6 mana, not too shabby, and you can throw it onto some other creature in a pinch. I know you come with Trample, but Unquestioned Authority is a nice budget card for Voltron, draws on ETB and makes your Commander unblockable.
A bit pricier, but Mother of Runes can do a lot of work in a Voltron deck, letting you protect Wyleth, or letting Wyleth get past blockers, which is a lot of work for a 1 drop. If you use Brash Taunter, which is cheap ATM but will go back up, you can also run Pariah and Guilty Conscience, both cards are just stupid with Taunter. If you run Pariah, you could run something like Shielded by Faith, then anyone can be a great Pariah. Pariah is also good with any Theros Gods, or otherwise indestructible creatures, but most are pricey. Pyrohemia is another nice card, it's especially good if people tend to have smaller creatures than Wyleth, and lots of them. As long as you don't kill Wyleth, the card stays around as well. Pyrohemia gets a lot better if your Fiendlash is on Wyleth, each R lets him wallop an opposing player. You can also use Resourceful Defense or Nesting Grounds to put a Lifelink counter on Pyrohemia, there are a few white sources of those counters.
Cool deck, Wyleth does good work on a budget.

If you want a cheap source of bodies, Haakon, Stromgald Scourge can reanimate any knights, including Changelings. If you Final Parting for Haakon into the Yard and Nameless Inversion you can recast Inversion for 1B as many times as you want, potentially killing lots of stuff. If you use Haakon, you should look at ways to discard him incase you draw into him. I have run Avenger en-Dal to decent effect. Bloodsoaked Altar is a sneakily good card if you can stand to discard. Body Snatcher isn't super-cheap, but it's a ton of value and can discard Haakon. Bog Witch can turn any card into a Dark Ritual, which helps since your deck has a lot of Black costs. Devout Witness is handy if you don't want to run Disenchant because you need more creatures. Icatian Crier makes 2 bodies fwiw. Skirk Ridge Exhumer makes nifty bodies. The Restoration of Eiganjo Flip not only makes bodies and discards, it also can recur something small, it can even ramp you if you recur a land. Undertaker is much cheaper than Tortured Existence, it's not as good but it's still solid. This isn't an exhaustive list, but these are some options if you want to try out Haakon.
If you use Haakon and something like Pawn of Ulamog or Sifter of Skulls, a sac outlet and Universal Automaton to get infinite death triggers. If you use a Knight that costs B to cast, there is Bog Initiate to fix. There are better things you can do than this, but this is pretty budget. If someone tries to exile your combo pieces, you can always sacrifice them to send them to your graveyard instead.
Varragoth, Bloodsky Sire is a pretty reasonable tutor, and if you need to, you can find an effect for someone else to use (hopefully to your benefit, like a board wipe or removal spell). Eye of Vecna is nice cheap card draw. Strands of Night is a cheap repeatable recursion source, something that is worth a look. Casting of Bones is pretty solid draw if you can count on having creatures you want dead, 3 cards is a lot for 3 mana.

I suspect you'd benefit from a few more White mana sources, or things that can find them. Blighted Woodland and Myriad Landscape are readily cast ramp that can find plains for you. Krosan Verge is on colour here, and is probably worth running as well, as it can find non-basic lands for you, like the Kaldheim Snow Duals. There are also ramp spells that can find those Snow Duals, so it's not just about the pricier Fetch Lands. The relevant Snow Duals are Arctic Treeline Alpine Meadow and Highland Forest. Farseek can find Meadow at least, and things like Nature's Lore, Three Visits, Skyshroud Claim can find any that are Forests. These have no other upside, but getting access to White mana off of Three Visits is going to help. Most people just find Shock Lands with Farseek, but Snow Duals are very solid options to have.
The other thing that jumped out is the low amount artifact/enchantment hate. Cards like this are really useful in Commander, there is almost always a target, even if you draw a few of them. Viashino Heretic is good artifact hate on a stick, Devout Witness can hate on either, but is worse at it's job. You can also run Green options, which often sac the creature like Thrashing Brontodon or work as a Comes Into Play effect like Reclamation Sage. Since you have big creatures and love to have Jared get hit, Ulvenwald Tracker can arrange for Jared to get swatted by the biggest thing on the board every turn, either killing it and growing or just growing.
