I don't know if you're still checking this, as this was written 5 months ago... But hi! This deck helped give me inspiration for my own elf tribal deck, so I thought I'd come in and give a few pieces of advice in some areas. Cards like Rosethorn Acolyte, Quirion Elves, Paradise Druid, Lifespring Druid, Boreal Druid, and Beastcaller Savant probably aren't the best for this deck. They can commonly be amazing in multicolored decks, as this saves you in the case of not drawing a certain land early on... But this is a mono-colored deck, leading most of these cards, which are balanced due to being able to produce any color, worse than most of your normal, green mana producing options. I would also recommend a cards such as Coat of Arms, Door of Destinies, Herald's Horn, and Vanquisher's Banner. These make a tribal deck go from "Hey, look at all those small creatures, that's worrying" to "Hey, look at that hoard of 10/10 creatures, time to concede". Dark Depths is also a lot of fun, as getting large amounts of mana is fairly simple, but I love your use of Helix Pinnacle (And am probably going to put that in my own deck). Hopefully this advice helps if you're still interested in the deck, because it has so many parts to it that look amazing, and it would be cool to see it worked on a bit more! Good luck in all your future deck building.

I like what you got going on here! +1! Mayeal's awesome. She too, was one of the first decks i ever built. I have a few suggestions for you though, if you don't mind.

I would replace the Lifespring Druid for Birds of Paradise . Hes does the exact same tning, he's just more efficient at one green. Also, with having only two mountains, take out Chained to the Rocks as I think that if you drew it and you don't have a mountain its a dead draw. I would replace it with a Swords to Plowshares or Path to Exile . Champion of Rhonas is a good card in the early game maybe your opponents don't have blockers or the blockers they do have are just small 1/1 mana dorks or something than hes great. But Quicksilver Amulet and Elvish Piper * are more efficient im my opinion. As you have no need to attack to get the effect and can do it anytime you have priority. (Even on your opponents turns)

Paleoloth and Spellbreaker Behemoth run great with Mayael because they care about anything power 5 or greater. Plus, Mayael's Aria is a fun and flavorful wincon for you! Hope at least a part of this was helpful. Again, +1! Great list for a first start especially! Oh, and Godsire is just a BEAST in Mayeal!

Does this deck have problems getting enough red mana? Seems like it might. Something I think might help would be going truly tribal with it, removing some of your more restrictive dorks for better elves. Specifically, I'm thinking remove Druid of the Cowl, Elvish Rejuvenator, Leaf Glider, Orochi Leafcaller, and Vine Trellis. You could even remove the Draconic Disciple if you want to go hard elf tribal.

My recommended replacement cards include Beastcaller Savant , Elvish Harbinger , Lifespring Druid , Paradise Druid , and Elvish Archdruid .

A couple of cards I don't really enjoy in this deck are:

Groundskeeper since 1/1 for 1 with no ability tends to be bad, and his ability very really does something useful.

Shielded Aether Thief since you don't have an Energy build, it really almost reads like a flash 0/4 wall, which, if you face a lot of aggro decks, may not be the worst thing to be doing, but otherwise is very underwhelming.

Fork in the Road, even though it has the potential to interact with Groundskeeper, 2 mana for getting a bisic in your hand, is just what what you want to be doing.

Lifespring Druid is not the worst thing in the world, but it's definately underpowered, even compared to the rest of your list. The thing that makes me resent it however, is that your best cards are your 4 drops. But it does fix your mana, so maybe it's worth it for now.

Reach Through Mists. You should really cut your deck down to 60, but for as long as you're playing with more than 60, this card is completely dead, since it's only purpose is to increase the deck's consistancy. Something you could do naturally, without spending mana on by just removing it from your deck completely.
