Hey whatqwerty. The main thing this deck is missing is some decent removal. Path to Exile is still too expensive, so I'd probably add a playset of Journey to Nowhere - or even something super-cheap like Temporal Isolation. Take out two Stoneforge Acolyte and two Short Sword. Replace the other two Short Swords with two more copies of Bonesplitter. You should be good to go!

I recommend another one drop creature; Expedition Envoy , Stoneforge Acolyte , Savannah Lions , Elvish Mystic , Llanowar Elves , Sunblade Elf , Something like these would work great in this deck, I also recommend some green or white removal to stay alive till you get wide. Mana Tithe , Rebuff the Wicked , Path to Exile And If you want to keep it at 20 lands, I recommend you add in some land ramp; Harvest Season , Traverse the Ulvenwald Besides that, it looks like a fun deck. And if you want to play it like that, it would probably do pretty good for a FNM, at least from the ones ive been too. And like I said there are more cards out there that accomplish the same things.

Stoneforge Acolyte needs card with the Creature type Ally like himself in order to use his ability. As I write this comment, the only Ally you have is himself, which means you can only use his ability when you have another copy of himself on the battlefield. I suggest you look into this.

6ixer, 18 lands wasn't really working out to get the starting hands I needed, but given that I have things like Steelshaper's Gift, Stoneforge Acolyte, and even Stonehewer Giant to help me search for equipment and put it into my hand, I decided to get rid of one Sword of Fire and Ice and adding back a land.

Some suggestions for getting out equipments and such to beat face faster: Stonehewer Giant, budget options with Stoneforge Acolyte since Tarl's an Allly or Steelshaper Apprentice.

Appeal might be fun, and Eldrazi Monument would make Tana indestructible. Beast Within gives you removal for anything really gross. Dogpile would give you the double-tap after a swing to kill a separate player. Elder of Laurels is neat-o as well.

I've found Mirror Entity to be surprisingly good in this deck, as it buffs basically everything, providing a nice three drop with a repeatable effect. Simlarly Flayer Husk provides a body and triggeres equipment effects neatly.

On the sideboard front Kor Firewalker and Lone Missionary are fun options.

You considered a more ally heavy list looking at Stoneforge Acolyte/Stone Haven Outfitter/Ondu Cleric/Cliffside Lookout, looking to power through with pure card advantage? It feels like it might be ok, but I'd love to hear the thoughts of someone who has piloted it.

Alternatively, have you considered running Prototype Portal as a 1-of top end for the deck? Repeatable shields seems nice.

probably Stoneforge Acolyte since you have no other ally in the deck to use the cohort ability as far as I see, and Stalking Leonin because it seems the least impactful to the overall goal of the deck.
